| Bene. Prendete quattro ragazzi. Mettetegli in mano un paio di chitarre, un basso e qualche tamburo.
Prendete Londra, e lasciatela in Inghilterra. Guardate Roma adesso, ascoltatela. Prendete diversi gusti musicali e ficcateli nelle teste di questi quattro tipetti, a caso, insistentemente e con forza. Mixate il tutto, mixate con forza. Con un mattarello, uno shaker, un trapano elettrico, con quello che vi pare. Aggiungeteci un pizzico di sano rock n’ roll made in UK e attendete qualche minuto. Chiudete gli occhi e gustatevi i Lady Greys. E se non vi piacciono, fatevi un panino. |
So. Pick four lads. Give them a couple of guitars, a bass and a random drum set.
Pick London and leave her in England. Look at Rome now, and listen carefully. Take a bunch of different musical tastes and randomly shove them in the heads of these four guys. Now mix and let the ingredients blend. Insist. Use a rolling pin, an electric drill, or whatever the hell you want. Add an inch of good old rock ‘n’ roll made in UK and wait a bit. Close your eyes and enjoy Lady Greys.
